• Do you have to clean the hose system and the printheads to be able to use STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks?
  No - STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks can be used at anytime together with HP inks.

• Is a mixed operation with HP inks and STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks possible?
  An economical mixed mode is possible.

• Which responsibility does the company STAEDTLER take over by problems with using STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks?
  It is unlikely that there should be any problems with using STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks.  In this case the STAEDTLER Ink Jet guarantee will take action.

• How is the UV-light resistance comparing STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks with HP inks.
  The UV-light resistance is affected by different factors like subject, ink, temperature and ozone. Widespreaded tests came to the result that STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks are comparable to HP inks.

• How long is the minimum durability of STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks?
  The minimum durability is 18 months after the date of production.

• Is the consumption different when using STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks?
  There are no minor differences in consumption between STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks and HP inks under the same circumstances.

• Are STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks able to print on micropore- Paper?
  Yes - STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks have the same characteristics as HP inks.

• How is the return of the empty cartridges regulated with STAEDTLER Ink Jet?
  The customer informs the distributor over the number of cartridges and then the distributor organizes the pickup and credit.
  By using STAEDTLER Ink Jet cartridges you are environment-friendly by reducing the waste of cartridges.

• How does the customer know after installing STAEDTLER Ink Jet cartridges for the first time when the printout is printed with STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks?
  After printing 2m² of each color is when the printout is made with STAEDTLER Ink Jet inks.
